We believe people are honest and we have found the vast majority appreciate the product, service, and value and live up to the agreements they have made. That is why we do not charge a deposit.  Here is how we compare:

We work with each patient to identify their individual needs and limitations, then work to identify the solution that safely keeps them NWB while matching their lifestyle.

You can be sure your patients will be satisfied with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If within three days the solution does not meet their needs, they can return it for a refund. All we ask is that the patient pays for the actual shipping & a $30 recert fee.

We provide a convenient solution guaranteed to fit the patient’s needs for a FAIR PRICE. We do not bill insurance, but we do provide a blank Letter of Medical Necessity.   All rental payments go toward the purchase price, so if there is an unforeseen complication, your patient will never end up spending more renting than if they’d purchased initially.

Free delivery directly to your patient’s home, work or hospital room on all rental scooters usually takes one to two business days (check the the shipping map here). All orders placed by 2:30 pm local time ship the same day.

Return shipping is the patient’s responsibility. They can access our discounts by purchasing a return label from us. Some may have even better discounts through their employer.
