Your credit or debit card will be charged for the first month’s rent the day the unit ships or order placed online. Rental period starts when you receive it. No Deposit is charged. One month minimum.
Delivered by FedEx
Free ground delivery to your home, work or hospital (continuous US only). Scooter arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Upgraded shipping available.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If it does not meet your needs, just send it back with in 3 business days for a refund. You will be responsible for the actual shipping & $30 recertification fee.
No Due Date
You will not be billed again until the END of the 2nd month or when the unit is returned. You will be charged the weekly or monthly fee whichever is least expensive for you. You will continue to be charged monthly until the device is returned or the full list price of a new unit has been met.
Send Back When Done
Return shipping is your responsibility. You can purchase a FedEx return label from us and access our discount. Transit time does not count towards your rental period. If you would like to schedule a FedEx pickup please contact us or FedEx to coordinate (fee may apply).
Ending Rental
When we receive the unit back we will inspect it and promptly make any refunds or additional charges to your card on file. It’s that easy!
