Order by 2pm (local) for same business day shipping. Your credit or debit card will be charged for the first month’s rent the day the unit ships or placed online. Rental period starts when you receive it. No Deposit is charged. One month minimum rental.
Delivered by UPS
Free delivery* to your home, work or hospital. Scooter rentals arrive in 1 to 2 business days. For other product check delivery times here. Upgraded shipping available.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If it does not meet your needs, just send it back with in 3 business days for a refund. You will be responsible for the actual shipping & $30 recertification fee.
Next Billing
You will not be billed again until the END of the 2nd month or when the unit is returned. You will be charged the weekly or monthly fee whichever is least expensive for you. You will continue to be charged monthly until the device is returned or the full purchase price of a new unit has been met.
No Due Date, Send Back When Done
Return shipping is your responsibility. You can purchase a UPS return label from us and access our discount. The transit time will not count towards your rental period. If you would like to schedule a UPS pickup please contact us or UPS to coordinate (extra charge may apply).
Ending Rental
When we receive the unit back we will inspect it. Promptly make any refunds or additional charges to your card on file.
Due to duties & tariffs, we do not rent outside the United States.
